Wild Sundays is a suburban Boston band that blends heavy bluesy classic rock, psychedelic rock, and americana vibes to the culmination of an original, melodic and complicated sound. Formed by John Hanson and evolving out of a rotating cast of musical friendships into a cohesive five piece rock band with Shawn Tuttle on guitar, Connor Quigley on bass and Dan Brookfield on drums. Debut album OH shows their skill in many varieties of originality, complete with surprising instrumental segues and powerful harmonies. On the surface, audiences are enthralled by superbly created indie-rock with cool pop-rock overtones, but there is deep meaning in the lyrics and messages of personal redemption, world peace and enhancing joy. Wild Sundays is proud to include cover gigs in their regular line up of original shows in order to help share music with as many kind people as possible. We focus on artists that inspire us such as Tom Petty, Death Cab for Cutie, Allman Brothers, Sublime, Third Eye Blind, The Rolling Stones, and other classic rock, 90’s and modern hits, except country.
